Te Awa Lifecare is privately owned by Terry and Mandy Pratley, Geoff and Leanne McPhail and their families. They have jointly owned and operated retirement villages for the past 30 years.

 

The vision for Te Awa started when Terry and Geoff where talking about what luxury lifecare could look like. They believed there was potential to create a new experience of lifecare - one set in an outstanding rural location, offering a full range of care facilities and a prosperous community. They decided to bring the vision to life and created Te Awa Lifecare for you to enjoy and make your new home. 

 

Being involved in the day-to-day runnings is very important to Terry and Mandy. They choose to take a hands on approach with the village, living on site and being involved in all aspects of the Village to ensure the standard is kept very high. They take care in choosing the best staff for both their skill and caring approach, ensuring they are always there for you.
