The Grange Lifecare is located in the beautiful town of Mosgiel, in the Dunedin district, in a spacious rural setting with extensive lawn and garden areas, The Grange is an outstanding purpose-built facility offering a full range of assisted living care options including a rest home and hospital care suites. At The Grange, the philosophy is “put the resident first” and we offer full care facilities and a wonderful prosperous community. We pride ourselves on being a community within a community, offering not only quality care but also companionship, security and new experiences. Our staff are chosen for their skill and caring approach and we aim to create strong connections and trust with them. We offer an integrated model of care offering resident support where they need it in an environment of kindness.
We have a new Care Wing opening and require full time permanent Healthcare Assistants to cover Monday to Sunday shifts on a four on; two off rotating roster. We also split shifts available.
Essential Skills we are looking for –
Ensure all residents are able to have their daily activities of life met.
Provide emotional and spiritual support as required.
Maintain the dignity and privacy of the residents, including adhering to confidential policies.
Adhere to health professional’s requirements in terms of specified care for individual residents
